Marathon in 3:40 Hit the wall at 22 miles and had to stop and walk a mile, at that point I was at BQ pace (Boston Qualifier) of 3:10.
i'd say that's closer to 35...hes pretty much at rim level. He's my height, so doing the math with my reach, i'd need 35 inches to get the rim, but i've got pretty long arms, so maybe closer to 36, or 37 if he's got short arms..
pretty sure this is him <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/2lE0iEPZhFk?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/2lE0iEPZhFk?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>
They can? They can both dunk, so I don't see what you are trying to prove here. Chase also has a 40" vertical....
Chase budinger was measured at a 29" standing vertical at the predraft camp. So this guy jumps 8 inches higher from a standstill. Vertical jump trainer RedRedemption has secrets that make it "not that hard" to train your vertical leap so you should share these techniques with chase. Cuz don't you think it would be a valuable asset in the NBA to jump higher? CCR jumps from genetics, it was stupid of you to claim that it is not that hard to gain significant vertical. I guess you have been reading one too many jumpsoles boxes
I can flop convincingly in pick up games. I can be a nightmare megadouche at intramural games because I can flop real well.
JV athlete. Got all my little bit of hardware in JV track in 400 meter relays, had a fluke 3rd place regular 400 meter once, never competed varsity. Didnt mean diddly squat for football, I sucked there hard. I had a "summer of dunk", 2 hand dunked volleyball at 5-9. I let out a big yell on that like my pants were on fire. Dont have any real sport skill. In junior high basketball 8th grade I was a lockdown defender, held a few guys scoreless. Evasive backyard football QB, good at throwing on the run. I'd bring "football intensity" into basketball like Kyle Lowry. Thats about it.
I'm 300 pounds and as a drunk who has been in a number of bar fights I am not afraid of anything and I keep getting up until I physically can't. Useful in football or any of the fighting sports.
I figured someone would question my vertical. I'm used to it, and have defended it on several occasions. I appreciate Kam trying to back me up, but it wasn't the best picture. In that instance he stepped under me at the last second, which interfered with my jump, and frankly, pissed me off a little bit (don't tell him I said that). See the red padding on the side of the goal in the picture? I can routinely touch the top of that. Anyway, here's some video proof of both my standing no-step vertical and my running vertical... <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/-5PgyGqW2zc?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/-5PgyGqW2zc?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object> Analyzing this still shot from the video, you can get a rough estimate of my running vert. Line A to line C (the equivalent of 10'3.5" in the photo) is 161 pixels tall. Line C (the equivalent of my vertical) is 56 pixels tall. 56/161 = 0.3478260869565217 * 123.5 (10'3.5") = 42.95652173913043 So...yeah.
Weird...found this lol <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/wweJoS2cBB4?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/wweJoS2cBB4?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object> "Someone on a basketball message board thought I was lying about my vertical, mostly because of my height (5'9") and my skin color, so I figured I'd take a few minutes to make them look stupid." Looks like it was actually 32.5, not the 35 i wrote...probably shouldn't have eye-balled my standing reach
