So....my fellow Rocket fans....turns out I got a new job at another club called THE PALACE. They needed a manager and a dj, and I can do both. My friend is the other manager, and he used to work for michael's too. We're running the place during the day. Monday was our first day opening for day shift. It's a REALLY BIG place. 2 bars, 4 stages 2 1/2 floors, awesome v.i.p, and its very nice. It has tons of potential. Right now we have $3 you call it's till 9pm every day. $3 for ANYTHING...Patron, Grey Goose, wine, any beer. Three bucks. We're trying to get people in the door. Also, there's no cover, free buffet, and i'm the manager in charge during the day. So of course you guys get the inside scoop on everything. I'll be there monday thru friday 11 to 9 p.m. Let me know if any of you crazy mo fo's live nearby or wanna check the place out. :grin: Dj H3ll80Y
Seems like a nice place, but you missed to describe the most important thing in a strip club: the girls.
first the place is on Bissonett and 59 south. No it's not Playmates, we're in the next parking lot AFTER you pass up Playmates. The girls? We're just starting, so I'm currently hiring girls and spreading the word about the place. We're starting from the bottom...literally. Of course I'm gonna steal some girls from Michael's and alot of other clubs...cause I know alot of girls from other clubs I've worked at. So to be honest...no we don't have alot of girls, just a couple. But they're slutty so that's good. It's a process, you know? You can't build a strip club in 5 days, it takes time. Michael's has been there for more than 15 yrs, you know what i mean?
And I am hiring waitresses, and maybe an extra door girl for a couple days a week and eventually a dj to replace me. cause I can't be running the place AND dj-ing. I'm just doin it now, cause i want the music format MY way...and i'm not ready to bring in a new guy to f&*(& my #@#$ up.......it's my goal to raise this place from the ground up. So if ya'll wanna come by and grab some cheap drinks...don't hesitate to do so. Spread the word clutchfans. Oh and the owner brought Josh Smith and Chris Wilcox on friday for Smith's birthday. I didn't go cause I don't care for either one of them. But i heard it was packed. And this guy also knows Vida Guerra personally, he does alot of networking...and he will be bringing her by also...pretty soon. I wanna be there for that....cause as much as i don't like her face....i love her body.
I'm relatively new. But I have alot of management experience. Michael's was my first crack at it. So i guess you could say....1 yr experience? But I learned alot while working at Michael's. One of my good friends is the main manager and he's doing an awesome job there. He just opened a Sports bar up here on 249 and beltway. We bring strippers over here on weekends and do bikini shows. I'm the dj here too. AND he's gonna be opening a new strip club in 6 months...his own strip club. So you could say he's pretty good at what he does and I'm learning from him. So you can't judge me from my experience but what I've learned from other individuals in the business.
We have girls, and I forgot the address. but it's pretty simple. exit bissonett on 59 south and turn left under the bridge. it'll be on the right. it's not rocket science.
