I seen it on a site but forgot the link. Could this happen and if so who would the Bulls trade for him?

I heard a rumor he might go to Phoenix for Szcerbiak and fillers, but I don't think they would trade Amare just for cap relief. The Suns would want something more out of it. The thought of him going to Cleveland doesn't bode well for the rest of the NBA though.

this has the best chance of happening because he goes out east.

Thomas, DRAFT PICK, (kirk or gordon)

I've said since the beginning that the Bulls have the pieces to get Amare and are the team that can really use him.

That said, I'm not convinced until I see something from a creditable source.

Who is this Amare guy and how can he get traded to 8 different teams. I wish people would just wait until something actually happens before they start spreading rumors. He's been rumored to go to like 5 different teams already.

I also seen rumors of him going to Portland for Aldrige on Dime and seen on another site that Miami rejected a trade: Marion/Beasley for Amare.

Well if they manage to get him for TT then its a steal for Chicago. TT looks like a slightly better version of Stromile Swift, but then again that's not saying much. I'd rather have Amare for TT then KG for Deng+TT+Gordon. Amare, Deng and Rose will be very deadly in the east. I'd wait till next season though, so I can still get the pick this year. Who knows, they might even get Blake.

One thing seems certain: there would be a lot of dissapointed people if Amare remains a Sun after 2/19.

A bigger question though is what will Nash do if Amare gets traded? He's been quiet about it but I think Nash is really determined to get a ring before he retires. Will he force a trade? Do we have the assets to get him if he does?

Finally, Suns might actually be a contender now, and Bulls might actually make the playoffs.

Bulls need a post guy, and Amare is the guy to go to. Too bad Bulls are defensive minded. :D

If the Bulls get Amare somehow, that would make them a contender in the East definitely. Just thinking of this line-up is scary

    Rose
Ben Gordon (if he does get traded)
    Deng
    AMARE
    Noah

start with gooden's expiring (suns want to cut costs).

add tyrus thomas (player suns covet).

    add fillers (simmons expiring, sefolosha).

    suns get hosed!

The package is supposedly Tyrus Thomas, Joakim Noah, Drew Gooden, and a draft pick.

Not only that, it might actually keep Amare happy because Noah is his soulmate. Noah can play center, play defense, and does not know how to score. This is a great fit for the Bulls. As for the suns...lol well I guess Sarver is to kryptonite as Phoenix is to Superman. For years everyone scrambled to slow the Suns...who knew Sarver was all it would take to bring them down lol.
