    The plot thickens !!!

Not that Kings fans needed more fuel for their conspiracy fire, but there is a rather odd development to the Game 6 controversy. Several of my colleagues say they've previously viewed video clips on YouTube of each game from the infamous 2002 Western Conference playoff series between the Kings and Lakers.
But as of today, clips of Game 6 are missing. All the other games are there. You can watch highlights of Kobe Bryant scoring 30 points in Game 1 and the clips from the deciding overtime in Game 7 remain. Another NBA blogger also picked up on the missing clips.
Where did Game 6 go? YouTube won't say. Their official response to my question was as dry as they come.
"We do not comment on individual videos or video sets," a spokesperson said.
    And so the conspiracy continues.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

If Stern did this, it sure looks guiltry as hades - also there is a rumor that they are removing all clips that show phantom fouls etc......oh man....

So they're removing all DWade clips? Sucks for him.

Can they also remove all Dirk clips? His face annoys me.

It can be for a legitmate reason also. If there is a case against the NBA, the NBA may have been asked to remove it. The clips could contaminate pool of jurors making it more difficult to select an objective party.

I haven't seen it, but I don't want to be a juror either.

They're removing all these sorts of things from Youtube. Basically, anything you'd have to pay to watch is off youtube.

    05 playoffs - we blow a 2-0 lead
    06 injuries
    07 another 2-0 lead blown

THats game 7, game 6 was probably the most bull**** in sports history.

Ralph Nader called for an investigation, everyone knew it then too

anyone who had clips like that removed should file counter-DMCA notices, the NBA can't do jack **** for fair use clips (such as showing how refs are fixing games).

this campaign to remove videos from youtube will backfire massively.

if it's copyrighted why wouldn't the nba be able to have it removed?

lol at people saying this confirms the conspiracy. like the best way to hide a conspiracy would be to visibly remove the clips. i'm guessing now that it's been brought up the nba is using this as an opportunity to remove copyrighted material and to remove stuff that might be in an investigation.

The NBA has been on top of this for a while now. I remember looking for game 6 clips on youtube a few months back (wanted to show a friend just how bad it was) and found absolutely nothing. But about a year prior to that, I definitely remember there being some clips on there.
