Why? The whole reason the movie exists is simply to entertain the audience. If it does that regardless of plot holes and the like, why does it matter? It's not trying to be realistic or anything else, so why judge it on that?
I have a $50 bet with a friend that chris pratt does not ride a raptor in the movie. Can anyone tell me if this happens or not? I don't wanna pay to see this movie.
he kind of does. it is a clone of pratt and he lands on the back and bucks him off pretty quickly. not sure if that counts or not.
The redhead gets surrounded by bad dinos but then a pterodactyl swoopes down and she flies off on its back.
People judge everything based on their own criteria for enjoying or appreciating something. That is why. I haven't seen the movie, and I agree with you to the extent that I wouldn't go see it for a riveting plot or character exploration.
I loved it. Spoiler but the end made me laugh my ass off. Everything was great once the super Dino was dead... Even though there was still a ****ing T. rex on the run.
I liked the movie, a solid 7/10 for me. Although I did LOL hard at some parts, and the ending was a little too over the top for me. Kinda reminded me of Marvel movies and how it is basically how many cool stereotypical dino images can you cram onto one screen. A couple of things that I laughed extra hard at: Spoiler The scene with the pterodactyls escaping.. there was one random shot of a TRex head on a pterodactyl! I was like WTF and started dying. I thought they were just ****ing with us because I couldn't find it again but I did see it on the boardwalk when it attacked the main guy. Second scene that was hilarious was when the military people showed up in choppers and there was one pterodactyl harmlessly flying alongside the chopper over the water.. the guy just casually points his rocket out and obliterates it to smithereens lol. I laughed so hard at that.
