Yeah I'm pretty dumbfounded how the line could be at +10 for Houston, especially since 59% of the bets are on Houston right now (according to oddsshark). Vegas must REALLY think GS is going to win this one, and a blowout at that. I would have expected the line to be closer to 7.5 or 8...
that probably just means 82% of the money believe its gonna be a close game, not necessarily a hou win.
That line seems to be setting the majority of the betting public up to get massacred by putting their money on Houston. No place in Vegas even has it at +10. It's mostly +10.5 with a couple of +11s out there. This is similar to what happened with people betting on Atlanta yesterday given how close game 3 had been. Vegas is also expecting Houston to be blown out here. I wouldn't touch the Rockets at all.

Game 2: Warriors again heavily favored to win by double-digits, win by 1 point with Rockets having final possesion. Game 3: Rockets favored, Houston gets blown out. Game 4: Warriors expected to sweep, Rockets win handily. Game 5: Warriors again heavily favored? Lets bring it H-TOWN!!!!
