Half ass inbound guarding by Terrence Jones too still pisses me off when I see that. They would have likely won Game 7 and then faced the Spurs. Last year's team matched up well against them, so who knows where that would have gone. If only LMA wouls have been called for those push offs that series like he was against the Spurs. Just like Blake in this one.

Based on how idiotic everything about this post makes you seem, I don't know whether to feel better or worse.

Yeah, that was equally frustrating. How the hell does a coach not know that with 0.9 seconds left, the one person you don't have to guard is the inbounds passer? I get that you wanna make the pass difficult, but T-Jones should've been on one of the 3-point shooters.

And yes, they would've won Game 7. Portland would've been so shellshocked after losing on a last second layup off a blown defensive rebound that I don't think they would've recovered emotionally.

If James Harden can give me a game 6 Performance like Lebron did in 2012 on the road vs Celtics it will be amazing!

it will be up-to James Harden to lead by example. He needs to be aggressive from the get go. Rockets win 122-116. Force game 7. Harden goes for 43 pts.;)

Oh, you could see it when Parsons made the layup. They looked dead.

If we get Threeza we win, if we get the brick layer we lose by 20.

And being up 2-0 means the team has a 90% chance to win the series but we all know how that turned out in the past :(

They were almost definitely talking about game 5 in a 2-2 matchup.

The first play better be Harden penetration into DeAndre's heart.

McHale was a rookie on that '81 Celtics team.

I was trying to go away from discussing the man who sits on the bench except during 23-0 runs.

However, I disagree that it was Parson's total error. McHale could have simply had someone focus more on the 4 Blazers on the floor, instead of worrying about the pass. There was not enough time for the pass back to the in-bounder.

If McHale knew how to coach, he would have anticipated this possibility. As you know, he was a great Celtic.

It's almost like the great players make the worst coaches. Steve Kerr is the example. Barely could do anything without Jordan or Duncan, but has GS rocking.

Monty Williams fought for years to bring NO to the playoffs. Average player.

Doc Rivers, another decent player, is, to me, a better coach at this point than Pop. He is the definition of a leader.

McHale...a Top 50....we are not seeing the best of what we could.

However, the Josh Smith sub to the starting 5 was good. That's on JB. He's the guy who analyzes rebounds, covers, time outs, etc..
