    We use stats, play good in the regular season, and play awful in the playoffs. To me, it really seems like there is a lot of similarities with the philosophy and the results.

    I'm just seeing the similarities between two teams who use the same formula,and end up with the same results. The Red Sox got it right with the formula expect they added two steroid users to their team in David Ortiz and Manny.

    Clippers are the better team and probably the best team remaining. If we're healthy this time next year with another piece or two then we'll be fine.

    Agreed. The Clippers are the better team. Hopefully we do stay healthy next year and can maybe bring some players who have fire in them.

    Did the Oakland A's quit in the 8th inning of game 1 when they were down 1 run?

    That would be the equivalent of mailing it in when you're down by 10 points in the 4th quarter of game 1.
