    But we got Dwight back. We were a far better defensive team(including against these Clippers) when Dwight was in street clothes. That makes no sense that we'd be this bad defensively after his return even without D-Mo. And it's not just the Clippers. Barea was killing us in the last series too. Something is not right with this team. They're getting lit up almost every single night in the postseason.

    mchale does not understand the meaning of freaking defense. giving up 121 point is just unheard in the playoff.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    I can't wait for the Clippers and Warriors series next round. I'd like to see how the Clippers do against a real basketball team.

    Second year in a row the Rockets defense has fallen apart in playoffs. Started Game 1 against Mavs. Been horrible the whole time. The Cliooers are shooting 57% tonight and scored 99 points through three quarters.

    Effort matters.

    But coaching does actually matter too. They run into great offensive players/teams and McHale and co don't know how to scheme to neutralize anything.

    That's a problem when the other team has the players and the coaching to scheme against your offense.

    The matchup isn't bad. This is a much closer game if our guys weren't shooting 12% on uncontested shots whilst the Clippers are shooting 100% seems like. NBA players should be able to knock down WIDE OPEN shots. Our guys can't.

    McHale doesnt know how to milk a hot player. Never should have went away from Howard. Nothing was run for him at all in the 3rd.
