Just signed...I am liberal, but I don't see how a reference from old Western movies (putting a horse with a broken leg out of it's misery) can be so offensive? I've shown horses in AQHA my entire life, and this shouldn't offend anyone. But I did notice on the Mav's fan site that some believed this was a rape reference.
I mean you cannot insinuate shooting a horse in the head when you are in such a position. C'mon it's the NBA! They fine you for saying anything derogatory against their association. I hate to see anyone lose their job but common sense should have prevailed here.

Signed... Jeez people are way too sensitive these days. The dude made a mistaken. If we all were fired for making mistakes at our jobs, everyone would be jobless. He owned up to his mistake, and i'm sure he's learned from it.
