We have no one who can defend Chris Paul. That is a series where we would really miss Bev. But the Spurs wouldn't be any easier. I don't love our chances against either team but our guys have surprised me this season so who knows.

I must be delusional at this point, because when I look at the Spurs and the Clippers, I think the Rockets still have a better chance against the Spurs. If Howard plays like he is right now, he can do serious damage against Duncan and Baynes.

It's close, though. It'll take a terrific effort from the Rockets to beat either team.

Is Duncan that much better than Dirk when it comes to guarding P&R or is he just a little bit better?

i dont think very often in the playoffs do teams have such a difference in effort level for getting to the next round. if the rockets can win game four, and the clippers win at least one of the next 2 games. the rockets being younger then the spurs will really help, in addition to how many games they have played in the last two playoff runs. the spurs will worn down in comparison to the rockets.

when you consider all 3 of those factors. i promise you it will make a difference. i dont know if it will be enough, but it will be something haha

The only team that truly terrifies me is GSW. A series against the Spurs would obviously be very tough, but it wouldn't shock me if we beat them. It would shock me if we beat GSW.

I think I've changed my preference to the Spurs. Not because I think they would be easier, but it would be neat to beat both Texas teams in the playoffs along with knocking off the defending champs.

I'm not scared of the spurs. I think we are just to young and quick on the transitions. Duncan is sbout to have his hand filled with dwight, smith, and jones

If ariza can lock up kawhi then we should win

If Terry or prig can't contain Parker or party then we should just move harden to point and brewer to SG

Spurs have far superior depth and far superior experience/confidence

I'd rather play the Clips, and I felt that way at the start of the series.

I really want to see playoff Dwight go head-to-head against DeAndre Jordan. Just two athletic monsters battling for every board and protecting the paint. It just interests me as a fan of the sport to see who'd come out on top in such a physical matchup down low.

It'll be similar to the Lakers in 2011 when they faced the Mavs in the second round. Lakers were older and worn out (also had some personal conflicts within the team) and the Mavs rolled them.

For sure the clippers! The spurs can beat us, i dont think the clippers can. Their starters play like 40 mins a night, have no bench and if they are coming out of their current series with the spurs... they will need for sure 7 games, so dead tired also.
Anybody saying the spurs is really stupid. The mavs are not the spurs.

Doesn't matter who we want. We're getting the Spurs.

Parker is hurting and we have multiple players to throw at Leonard. Spurs are my pick. I don't want any part of CP3.

Also, Terrence Jones feasts on the Spurs.
