Yep I knew we should have traded at least one of them.

When fans were saying, "but we didn't have this or that why are you so angry!" I was fully aware that the Rockets may not be fully healthy and would have to win games as an injured team.

Rockets haven't made excuses all season and are currently 2nd. Rockets have been remarkably resilient, maybe that continues into the playoff. I still have faith.

Dmo had his flaws no denying that, but most of the rebounding trouble was due to him playing out of position.

Come on man the occasional 3 ill give u but his post game was VERY good. He made top defenders look foolish and his post game will be missed.

Of course. I still have faith as well. We have the MVP.

It's just utterly depressing knowing this is quite possibly the best Rockets team since the championship years, and it's just being constantly derailed.

Hakeem always managed to up his game in the playoffs.

Hopefully Dorsey can do the same and turn bad

What sucks is that back surgery could impact his value this offseason. Even if he recovers, teams may not be too eager to part ways with assets of their own(like say a decent starting PG) until they see him playing next season like the D-Mo of old.

More than ever, this better get Morey and Les to prioritize bringing Smith back next season. Say what you will about the guy, but he's been there for us when T-Jones and D-Mo(and Dwight for that matter) were injured.

I do agree, but you can't replace post offence. 30 mpg for dwight josh and jones likely with limited Dorsey and or Capela. Dependent on matchup maybe Kostas at the 4 for spot mins

Yeah but if we traded one of them, they would not have got injured but proceed to thrive in their new role towards a championship run.

Thats our luck. Of course we kept both and both end up being done for the season.

Now that D-Mo is out, their best options are: Harden goes left, Harden goes right, and Harden goes every other direction possible.

How is it a waste? Are you implying that DMo's injury has cursed our playoff chances? That's a bit drastic. His injury makes the Smith pickup even more important, just as the Prigioni pickup only really has value now that Beverley is out for the year.

No f***ing way. He will be back in the third game of the playoffs, scoring 32 points to take us one step closer to the title.

I won't believe this. We can't be so unlucky.

    Ouch.
But our best 3 are still healthy, so we are still up to a deep playoff run.
