I don't follow. How does the NO pick get freed up? By not having to select a PG?

Trade it. No pg selection. It's free to do whatver it needs to help the team rather than drafting a project pg

That 5:1 AST/TO ratio is sexy.

Thanks the stat line. Hopefully he's the answer at PG for years to come.

I can honestly imagine a Luis Scola transition because Llul is already in his prime. In some ways, it's kind of a good thing he came so late so there's no development curve.

Scola didn't have to adjust to the NBA 3PT line

Cyberx, with D-Mo out for the season, any chance we bring someone in? I remember someone saying Morey was interested in Rashard Lewis, but once Smoove became available, he wasn't needed. Now with D-Mo out, Jones' injury problems as well, do you think there is a chance we sign a PF or C?

For the Rockets to sign someone they would have to CUT someone. I doubt there is a clear upgrade out there over cutting Dorsey and his salary for next season.

The help the Rockets need really is in Kpap getting back into form and giving them some decent stretch PF minutes.

Who would've ever thought we'd be depending on Papa so much at this stage of the season? He doesn't replace what D-Mo gave us, but he can provide some much needed depth at the 4.

Thats good to hear. Hopefully he can contribute. We need him to hit his threes. I'd imagine Clint Capela will be getting minutes now..
