I'm very concerned that bad FT shooting will lose us a couple of key games in the playoffs? Anyone else worried poor FT shooting could send us packing early?

good thing Dorsey likely won't be in the playoff rotation once DMo is back. Our 4 big rotation should consist of Howard, Jones, DMo, and Smith. Dorsey and Capela should not enter the game unless we have extreme foul trouble or due to an emergency situation...

I'm hoping it will not be a big problem in post season.

    1) Dorsey's minutes will be significantly reduced...unless another major injury
    2) Capela probably won't even get in a post season game unless garbage time
    3) D12 has been adequate
    4) Josh has hit some crucial free throws
    5) TJones and Dmo really need to step it up from the line...and no reason they can't

The key is getting/keeping that front line healthy. If we can do that, I don't think free throws will be a big issue at all.

Pop & Carlisle (or any good coach for that matter) won't hesitate to hack-a-Howard (or Dorsey if he's still playing)

    Poor FT shooting
    Dying (/living) by 3-point shooting

There's a great chance we drop a game or 2 because of our FT shooting in the playoffs

Its a legitimate fear. Its hack-a-houston right now. With as many poor shooters as we have, a determined coach could use his 11 & 12th man to sink our offense.

All we gotta do is make sure Terry,Harden,Ariza, Brewer and if necessary Prigs to close out games and/or Howard to grab rebounds. Look at how the ended the game with OKC and that is quite a BLUE PRINT to eliminate free throw woes closing out games unlike last year in the playoffs when all we had was Parsons and Harden to do so at the line

I feel like Dwight will be ok from FT line. At least 60% from him is achievable since he will be very focused just like last year.

Clearly will be a strategy used against the Rockets. No excuse for poor free throw shooting: all a matter of concentration, discipline, technique, and practice. Many of us fans could shoot a higher percentage even in game conditions. Year after year under coach K Duke players rarely miss a foul shot.

We have the WORST FT shooting 6 big rotation in the HISTORY of the NBA

Not worth checking up the exact numbers on these scrub FT shooters but:

    Dorsey - something like 20%
Capela - 0% if my math is right
    Howard - 50 odd %
    Smith - 50 odd %
    TJ - 60 % odd
    DMo - 60% odd

    DISGUSTING

No. I think it's the number 2 candidate for our downfall.

Our downfall will be Harden not getting the calls driving to the basket that he's been getting all season long.

Free throw shooting is a major liability on this team and its embarrassing at this point. The bad free throw shooters on this team really need to take some pride and concentrate on getting respectable from the line some how. Watch in the games against the Spurs this week, coach Pop will be hacking the Rox asses off, and I can't blame him.
