When Jason Terry and Prigioni try to guard the likes of Lillard, Paul and Curry in the playoffs, it will be known as:

Some people have short memories, remember who was in the rotation in 93-94 and 94-95?
Earl Cureton, Charles Jones ring a bell? We will be fine at PG, it's our big men and Harden we have to worry about.

Dont know why people say stuff like this.

Yea the pg wont matter if you have a GOAT player on squad.....which the rockets currently dont have

It's not about not having Pat anymore. Now it's about McHale being too loyal or too unaware or just all in all incompetent about drawing plays and knowing when to keep certain players in or not when they are playing well or not.

I've never liked McHale as a coach since the day he became our coach. If he cant get over whatever personal/mental problem he has about playing certain guys at certain times of the game, he needs to get fired. For example, many times D-Mo will be on fire and then on the next time out he'll sometimes not only remove D-Mo out but change the entire line up that was working! Why change something good? Let that line up continue to roll until you really need to sub them out (lead super high or fatigue kicking in from a player). I don't know whether its Morey or Les that handles firing the coach, but that step needs a big overhaul come next off season depending on how McHale plays out this third year in the playoffs with Harden.

That being said, again, not having Pat anymore is not the issue. It's whether McHale can dissect the opposing teams mismatches like Poppovich does and win games despite not having the same type of athleticism or young age or IQ as the opposing team.

On nights where Harden seems like he partied too hard the night before, or just having an off night, we need a coach who can actually be a coach, and if McHale can't do that (so far he can't at a high level) then the future of Harden (and us super crazy hard core loyal rockets fans) will only be great, and never glorious.

I hope the surgery will be a success and you come back as Wolverine 2.0. We will miss your pesky defense. Ignore the negativity!

So has he had it yet? I could still see him fighting through the anesthesia and busting out.

My favorite 2K lineup. This is a scary group on both ends of the court.

Would you have taken Rondo at the cost of Bev if you knew Bev was going to have a season ending surgery for the Rockets?

    Or never for Rondo?

Last night DeMar DeRozan gave us a peak of what it will look like this playoffs when Harden isn't flanked by Bev & Trev. :(

Too bad they don't have back to backs in the playoffs and we won't be missing 3 big men

Rondo's played poorly. Admitted to not trying much on D when he was in BOS. Not good triangle fit. Gonna cost $$$. Why sign him in NY?

The fact that Rondo's FT% is comparable to Beverley's 3PT% tells u everything you need to know abt why Beverley's a better value this summer
