They have the tiebreaker against the Pelicans so its basically a 5.5 game lead with 19 to play, i dont even think they are that bad

i know it's early and based on how we do in the playoffs, i want to come at this conclusion.

chandler parsons is a joker in the locker room.

amare saying that they need to stop joking around, etc. screams parsons' persona.

i don't see dirk, monta, rondo, tyson as locker-room entertainers; so i'm curious as to whether it's parsons causing locker room problems

sure he's a glue guy, but does that necessarily pertain to basketball?

    You know what,

when Lin was talking about the Lakers are not playing well and not focus as a team after he was shooting 1-7 and have 5 TOV,

you know how Kobe will think about it,

Amare doesn't now, nor has he ever played even passable defense, so he never gets to run his mouth about professionalism.

Lin had a ****ty game but called out the Lakers squad. Doubts Kobe took it to heart.

With their starting lineup they can still be dangerous but thanks to the Comcast/Root fiasco I also have to watch them regularly. They are pretty bad on most nights and usually can't sniff a win against the good teams. They've been blown out 3 time sin the last week. Pretty satisfying after all the love they received in the offseason.

oh most def. Mavs are still my most hated team, and I want to enjoy this train wreck as much as I can because anyone with sense saw this coming...I'm just saying they have guys in the team come playoff time they can really make some noise, regardless of what happened in the regular season. Hope I'm wrong, I hate Dallas, they deserve this.

Not his fault for such situation. Do you think he was ok with losing? He doesn't have a say in teammates' commitment to winning because he's coming from a situation he couldn't control?

He looks like he should be a backup dancer for Janet Jackson circa 1986.

Just stumbled across some interesting data.

    http://stats.nba.com/team/#!/1610612742/lineups/advanced/

It appears that the lineup consisting of the starters with Rondo is significantly worse than the same lineup when you replace Rondo with either Jameer Nelson or Devin Harris. People said he needed time to adjust, but I would say it has been long enough by now.

So Tyson Chandler, Dirk, Parsons, Ellis...

    With Rondo: Ortg - 104.4, Drtg - 104.6, Net = -0.2

    With Nelson: Ortg - 116.4, Drtg - 103.6, Net = 12.9

    With Harris: Ortg - 118, Drtg - 108.1, Net = 9.9

There are other stats there too if you click the link. Rondo has clearly not been an upgrade though.
