Anyone know whats 76ers are asking for MCW? maybe we can get him and grant cheaper than Dragic. we can trade them 1st + ariza and cannan.
You have no way of knowing that. Agents talk to teams all the time. Everything doesn't come out in the press. If he doesn't join the Rockets, everyone will be asking Morey what happened. He will end up giving cryptic answers, like he did when Parsons joined the Mavs.
saw a report in the Dragic article that Kevin Martin was available. Morey get him for Pappa/Terry plus a 2nd !!!
Since Philly is still tanking, they may have no need for Ariza's contract. I would give them K-Pap instead. I am not keen on Grant. MCW is a potentially interesting player.

Lol, repped. Marc Stein is a mav homer and a Dallas resident. Just might be on the something... still would be Hella surprised to see the Rox back in the dragic sweepstakes
Do any of you see it possible where Hou / Pho / Bkn do a 3 team deal? Where Rox get Lopez, as well as Dwill or Dragic- by giving up the pick, Dmo, and Bev??
I'm loving this. Most people focusing on Dragic...then...boom...we trade for someone we never thought of... I'm really hoping that will be the case because I'm sure DM has other plans if Dragic doesn't go as planned.
And it might be in his hands less in Houston. Goran is currently sometimes the primary, but often played as a secondary playmaker who occasionally has to play alongside a shoot first backup in IThomas. However in Houston, he's going to be playing alongside James Harden, and when Dwight gets back the game will not be as perimeter oriented. Add in the fact that D-Mo and Smith also need touches inside and it becomes pretty obvious IMO that Goran's usage actually might be pretty low in Houston despite the heavy need for a secondary perimeter playmaker. Anyone who thinks the Rockets are acquiring the Dragic who lit up the league in 2013/14 will be sorely disappointed. He will basically be an upgraded version of 2013/14 Jeremy Lin. Are we REALLY sure we want to be paying the veteran Max to Dragic knowing this?
I wonder if swinging and missing on trades and FAs would disgruntle Harden a little. It isnt fair on the Rockets part because they try, but the normal NBA player gets disgruntled if they don't win and feel as if the team doesnt put good players around him.
