Well, saying he's a terrible defender whenever the data says otherwise is definitely a subjective observation on your part. As is factoring in whatever Boogie Cousins thinks about the situation. But the biggest subjective point you hit on of all is: fit. He shoots the 3 well, gets to the line and knows how to play in an uptempo offense. Sound familiar? Honestly, I think he would have no trouble fitting in. At least offensively. The point about high usage was meant to address your point about his ball domination. Look at the Jamal Crawford types. A player like that who's sole purpose is to come into the game and "spark" the offense are always going to dominate the ball and have high usage rates. It's implied in the meaning. "Bench spark plug". You have to be fine with that, because in some cases, it works.
