don't you think it's more about Lowry created a rift with McHale, when he didn't get his starting job back over Dragic after that weird infection absence.
I'm surprised it doesn't seem like that's being talked about enough. No doubt KLowry deserves to be a starter BUT seeing how fan voting goes every ASG for the starters(e.g. Kobe over Klay and Harden) it would/should be very surprising that a fan favourite at guard over the last 8 or 9 years in Dwyane Wade, didn't get voted the starter over Lowry. I gotta believe it's that Bieber fan vote coming in for Klowry. No way regular NBA fans (the type that vote in Kobe over Klay and Harden) would be voting KLowry as a starter over DWade.
Lowry!!!! Well deserved. How in the world is Kobe a starter when he's freaking injured and playing like ****?
Lowry stated he made a lot of mistakes and could've learned from McHale. Also said he waited for Morey's phone call and would've signed with us this summer. This is solely on Morey playing the waiting game with Lowry.
Carmelo and Kobe? Gimme a break. If your teams winning percentage is below .200 you shouldn't be allowed to start
Actually - that Bieber tweet didn't count as a valid vote as it was missing #NBABallot - so those 54,000 retweets didn't count as votes either. I'm sure some of his followers may have gone and done it the right way, but it probably had more to do with the various Raptor blogs and forums waging a campaign to strum up votes. The announcers became annoying vote whores also, even during the couple of weeks before voting closed and Kyle was actually playing some very mediocre (and sometimes terrible) ball. Lowry beat out Wade by about 15,000 votes, which is about equal to the number of retweet votes that our Prime Minister managed to generate.
