Harden? He went from All-Star to MVP. Why can't MVP and MIP be the same player?

Some worthy choices, but Butler has blossomed from a good role player to a potential star. Good timing too, with this being a contract year.

+1. If there was a category between MIP and MVP he would easily win that.

He's definitely making a case for himself. I just think it's too early/not a big enough sample size to go by to determine. If he continues into next season the way he is now, he'd be a sure fire candidate next season.

Haha, who's voting for DMo? Some people on this forum must only watch Rockets games or have their blinders on... Don't get me wrong, DMo is doing good, but if you think he deserves it more that Butler I'd love to hear why.

I picked Butler but really I think Westbrook is the most improved player in the NBA this year.

If Dmo got more touches to show his skills I'd go with him no doubt, but Jimmy Butler has been running away with it for some time. He's more important to that team then Derrick Rose now

Butler goes from role player to being an all star.

DMo goes from end of bench to being a role player....

I'm trying to read between the lines here so I can understand if this sarcasm or straight trolling. I couldn't come up with anything

All pretty good options OP. Butler for sure. Legitimately deserves it. I don't think anyone saw an offensive explosion out of him.

Side note, Favors gets better every year. He could very well average 20 and 10 next year (16 and 9 right now). Their future frontcourt is looking bright.
