Yes, I get it could be considered a little crude because it is a joke about vaginas. But it's pretty tame as far as "crude" jokes go, and there is nothing offensive about it towards anybody specifically... I mean, how would people find it sexist? What is sexist about it?
Because by extension, it sexualizes both the OBGYN job and women privates, which actually are sexual from a biological standpoint. Like I said, I don't see anything actually wrong with it, just that others would be offended due to being overly sensitive.
