Exactly. I dont think king1 even watched the rockets game or commented in the garm today. A true rockets fan!

After a crap game like that, I'd personally rather post about a team where I don't actually care if they win or lose. Rockets are driving me batty, but the Lakers are a fascinating study in weird coaching.
Mike Trudell @LakersReporter 14m14 minutes ago Byron Scott said he wanted Jeremy Lin to wait until Conley got past half court to foul, that it wasn't Lin's fault. KEVIN DING @KevinDing · 12m 12 minutes ago Regarding Kobe angrily fouling when Lin was waiting, Byron said he wanted Lin to wait till 10 secs left. And Byron said he told Kobe later.
Byron Scott was in tank mode but you know the players on the court want to win. Jeremy Lin should override the coach's orders and fouled right away. Wait 10 seconds for what? It wasn't like they were playing aggressive defense trying to steal the ball.
In one post, you suggested that byron scott is sabotaging the lakers, and then advocate that players should not not listen to a cpach if they think they have a better idea. Really?

The whole situation is very confusing. What's the rationale in any of this?
Ok that makes some sense...he wanted to shorten the game before his timeouts ran out. Either tahat or byron just wanted to troll the eff out of some annoyi g as hell "real rockets fans"
uhhh I have never heard that sort of rationale before about running the clock down but I guess, it makes some sense, i don't know
Did he really just say he didn't foul because he wanted to save his timeouts. I've never in my life. You literally have the last possession. How many timeouts do you need...
Kobe is a dick....I wish Lin would have confronted him about it right there, but that's not his nature. Anyone with at least one good eye can see he's waiting for a cue from the bench. If Kobe wants to override that, that's on him. Guard Conley to begin with, if you want to foul, when the coach says no...
He was the only one doing the right thing. What was Lin going to confront him about? That him and Byron were orchestrating something incredibly stupid and he should mind his own business?
How do you know they are eunuchs? You must have tried to get it on with them but then found out about it in the hard(soft) way.
I don't think that the math works out that way. I can work out some hypothetical calculations on a spread sheet when I get a chance. You want to give yourself more than 1 chance to make something happen. Also, even if you do want to just have the last shot to tie/win, you still don't have to wait to foul. Lets say Conley gets fouled early and you get the ball back with 20 seconds left on the game clock, nobody says you can't still wait until the last second or two to take your own shot.
I'm not suggesting. I'm telling you. Coach wants to tank, their draft pick is at stake. They are not going to win this year and so they are tanking. This is nothing controversial. Hardcore Laker fans will tell you the same thing and they embrace the tank. Players want to win. They don't give a crap about tanking when they are playing but you know Jeremy and Kobe didn't want to lose and so Jeremy should have fouled early, going against BS's orders. I'm looking at both sides here.
