Lin is not good at all to begin with. Put him on a back to back and he becomes amongst the worst players in the league
Props to mitch he know all along lin is the perfect player to make sure lakers got bottom 5 at the end of the season
So I guess when James Harden, Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul, Jason Terry, Kyle Lowry, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili, Isiah Thomas, Paul Pierce, Mark Price, et al have 0 for 10+ nights no one cares, huh?
Remember this post? This is one game. One 20 point game doesn't make him an all-star, and a zero point game doesn't make him D league player either. Although, I'll have to admit, this is definitely one of the worst games in his career. I used to think at least going 0-10 is better than 0-2 because it means he hasn't lost his aggression. But no, I think this is a game where he should have just stopped shooting. It's hurting the team.
When those guys have 0 for 10 nights, they never really lose their aggression and they try to contribute in other ways. When Lin has a poor shooting night, like this game, he doesn't really help the team in any way. Hate to say it, but even SAS has a point, when he says Jeremy's problem is he lets himself get broken down mentally (the defenders can take his "heart"). Here's to hoping he'll improve, but man, what a bummer.
lol today was like Lin : "when i play for god and not external expectation im at peace and playing free" Lin : Rom 15:13 -- May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace blablabla God : Hey Jeremy ! ( ° ͜ʖ͡°)╭∩ Lin : T_T
Oh neat, every night when my favorite players are doing badly, I can bring up this talking point about how bad other superstars has played in the past with that spreadsheet. So convenient, thanks for the idea.
lol at LOH's that stay quiet at 9-11 days but come out on 0-10 days. He's season average is still better than most of the NBA players
Can we stop the LOH/LOF whatever name calling? The reaction from Lin's detractors aren't even that bad today, but when you say stuff like this it's inflammatory.
Oh neat, whenever I don't have a valid counterargument I can just make a sarcastic remark that doesn't address anything. So convient, thanks for the idea.
Lol, sure there are great days against the 76ers with pickup style ball. and by great, it's 15 pts and 6 assists on the worst team in the league with way too many touches. for all the opportunities he gets, and has gotten as a PG, i'd easily rank him bottom 5 in the league, active or inactive. But again, I've been watching basketball longer than you've been alive.
He played well against the grizzlies, who are one of the top defensive teams. He's always played well against the Spurs almost every game in the past. Of course that's just off the top of my head. You still may be right, but I honestly don't see a pattern to it. He may just be really inconsistent for whatever reason Well, I tried to make this thread peaceful, but I guess it just was never meant to be.
To be fair Lin did have 5 assists and 4 rebounds so yes he did contribute a bit. Horrible game by him but I am just correcting you.
