Beautiful win. Our next two games will be tough too, but at least they're on our home court. If the Rockets manage to beat both the Spurs and the Warriors to go 8-0, nobody will be able to ignore them any longer.
on the road in Miami where they haven won in ages after a b2b? I can understand those fans thinking this was an L... what a solid win! the Defense is making huge leads sustainable..
Great win. Loved the pull away in the 4th quarter too, sign of a good team. Next up San Antonio. Cant wait to watch, and its on national tv. ROCKETS!!!
Combination of both I think, but it is CLEAR that Harden has stepped his defensive game up big time so far this season. Also, PAPS is a major improvement over anything we had before off the bench not named Asik. Very impressed with this team defensively, and while they may not be as aggressive a run and gun team like the last 2 years they are starting to convert into a half court offense. Only major horrible disappointment in tonights game for me was Dmo, he is straight up worthless most of the time he is on the court. At least last night he was rebounding and playing passable defense, tonight he was hot garbage ... Again....
I will admit, I was one of them. I was pessimistic after the Philly game. I am very glad that I was wrong.
A road b2b against a playoff team that had momentum. That's a big win, this was the perfect time for a "Schedule" loss but the Rockets weren't having it.
