You know Harden had the same "priorities" as Parsons right? If he was all about winning, he would still be on the Thunders.

He left a contender to come to a team with no one for a max contract and a bigger role. That sounds like what Parsons did, except Parsons went to a team that made the playoffs, as opposed to how the Rockets were before we got Harden.

Also the Thunder didn't want to go over the Luxury tax to give him a high pay day after resigning Ibaka. They offered James 8-10 million when he clearly deserves more.

Chandler Parsons wants to play more than 38 minutes per game?

I like Parson's energy and sometimes the games he takes over. But if he thinks he's a 3rd super star he's living on Fantasy Island with Tatoo and Mr. Rourke. I can't wait for the pressure of that $15.5 mln a year to kick in and teams start focusing on him defensively. Time will tell.

However, I do think he lights the Rockets up the 1st time they play unless Trevor goes all out against him.

Parsons jacked 3s as much as anybody last year. He is just mad because he didn't get the ball in his hands to improvise as much as Harden did. The problem was that Parsons trying to create in the half court from the top of the key usually led to a turnover.

It sounds like he wants to put up more shots and have the ball in his hands a lot more.

Good luck with Monte and Dirk as far as getting more shots and we all saw that you can't go through him a play-maker esp in the clutch moments late in games. Mchail can't mess that up at least now!

A cornerstone player that doesn't play defense is a much bigger detriment to the team.

Well James, roll up and do the following:
    1. Lead this team
    2. Play some D
    3. Refuse to be guarded on the offensive end

    Dirk says hi.

Harden will be better on defense. I can't wait until the season starts so guys like Carl and you eat some tasty crow.
