Houston had Top 3 or Top 5 offense and higher pace. Dallas might have more efficiency though. Monta will take shots, Dirk will take shots. It is about the same.
His APG will go up. He'll be the teams #1 starting playmaker and will be asked to attack much more often. You'll also see a fair share of PnR with Tyson Chandler or even Dirk. I expect Parsons' defense to improve significantly under Carlisle. Not $16,000,000 significant, but significant. You're looking at a player that might finish in the top 15 this year in fantasy basketball.

He'll be option #3 again behind Monta.
