So they admit that overpaid and the contract is hard to trade.

I hope they don't really expect Parsons to play PF.

He can't defend the position and he is a poor rebounder even for a SF.

I'm not sure why so many people are having a hard time grasping this concept of a salary cap. People don't care about the amount of money, just how the money effects the cap and what other moves can be made. That's what makes his contract terrible.

I think Cuban expected us to match the contract and was just trying to stick us with that salary for three years. D.M flipped it back on him and I think Cuban is going to regret that contract when its all said and done. Its a hard decision to make but the right one.

Beverley's the example on D, so would he qualify as glue? Whenever he was on court his defense was infectious.

And come to think of it now we got Trevor Ariza who has way more playoff experience than Parsons.

I don't think he'll be missed this coming season.

Basically, Cuban put Morey in a no win situation and put his self in a win situation...

he can over pay CP and sell it to Dallas a a big free agent signing this year.. By giving him the Max he makes it a difficult situation for Morey to match and also he feels as if he takes a major piece away from the Rockets.

Still not over losing our best asset for nothing. In no world should it have been a good idea to leave this potential outcome to chance. Frankly it was unnecessary. Very hard to get over for me.

for aruba77, you have until season opens

I think this lights a fire under Morey, and you will see him build a competitive team. Excited if we can get Kostas to sign. Need a PF and a back-up center

I like the comment, why three years and not four.

The implied answer, we don't like chandler that much and he is overpaid. We probably want to sign someone else and don't want parsons counting against the cap. He's slow on defense and Tyson will have to bail him out. We wanted to screw houston but we didn't want to screw ourselves with a fourth year. ****, we didn want really want him houston said hey would match and now we are screwed because they fooled us. I hate when Cubans plans backfire on us like his one did. Damn just damn no matter what we do Daryl outsmarts us again.

    Sig line.

Fact: Hakeem never won a title without Horry.

Fact: Horry won 5 titles without Hakeem.
