Problem is that he isn't a free agent. So can't spend your time hoping for a trade and let other free agents sign, while you stand pat. Love will be a quick, is he available ? yes or no type of negotiation.
We need to forget about Anthony, go for Bosh, sign Parsons, trade Lin, and get a solid PG. If we strike out on all big free agents, then we bring in Clint Capela, go at it and see if we can get Love at trade deadline.

for melo its NY or LA. bron and bosh are gonna work things out in miami. riles will get some talent to take less money. if not deng, then marvin williams, hinrich, etc...

with lowry off the board, where do the rockets turn next? love? rondo? or use their cap space to build a bench?
