This is a typical LOH post. Nobody needs to explain to you because there is no fact at all in your post.
He was never our franchise star. He was given a chance to be the face of a TANKING team and then we got a star in Harden. Lin was offered a chance to prove Linsanity was real, that was it. Don't act like he was ever close to a star much less an all-star.
I'd trade Lin for a Chick Fil A Franchise. One is chicken hiding behind religious proverbs, the other has religious proverbs but at least the Chicken delivers.
wtf. 6'3, 200 pound, world famous, rich, nba star with an economics degree from harvard... and he's doing a hover hand? Man. Why does Jeremy Lin have such huge confidence issues?
And why would he ever allow himself to be photographed in a country where the PR people explain you need to do that with girls or be considered a jerk.
I haven't forgotten. Asking an inconsistent backup PG to be your franchise star?!?!......basketball gods showed mercy to this team. I am relieved that never happened. It would have been ugly to watch. The only good outcome of that scenario would have been that we would be a perennial lottery team.
BS. You don't pay a franchise star average point guard salary. At best, Lin was going to be a featured player in the interim, while Morey worked on getting our stars.
How has no one commented on parsons' hand on jeremy 's shoulder. They're not even standing next to each other. Serious question: how jealous does Landry fields get of parsons. Fields: I let you sleep on my couch! !!!
Coming off linsanity, the dude was going to be THE featured player, I think that qualifies as "franchise star." Notice that I didn't say "franchise player"
