This is a perfect storm between the two sides, LOF vs LOH. LOL. As the LOH side says, Lin is nothing, a scrub, a inconsistent role player. Then why does it matter to you that he is this or that, enough to post dozens and dozens of posts here? Who cares about Lin's reaction. Does the LOH side carry such enthusiasm to post like this if it is about another player and he objects to his treatment by Morey by a tweet? The problem is not about Lin. It is LOF vs LOH and this is a hot button subject. This fan site is toxic between these two camps. So there is no need to attack or defend Lin. He is only a ploy to start the fire between the two sides. Lin is a good person with great character. He helped the teams to 2 playoff seasons. He contributed to 2 wins in last playoff, despite his inconsistent play and some mistakes. Why not just attack each other and leave Lin alone.
X2. I think after this episode, Morey will get Lowry even if Melo doesn't work out. He won't want to be in the same town as Lin to continually hear Lin fans bad mouth him to remind him of his bad PR stunt. This may not be a bad thing at all for all parties. Lowry is better than Lin now, at least in consistent offence. He will help Houston get to the next stage. Lin will grow as a player in Toronto without another ball dominant guard. Toronto will still get to playoff with Lin but may not be as high in seed#. But Houston with Lowry, watch out. Just sign the deal and move on.
Someone plz explain this Why is Lin acting hurt and offended on his twitter when he played at an nbdl level all of last year? You can keep dreaming but Lowry is not coming to Houston, Toronto just signed him for 12mil/yr for 4 yrs and I doubt Toronto would trade Lowry for Lin.
I don't really care about the "why is he acting offended on Twitter" because it has been beat to death on this thread, but to say he didn't deserve to get drafted is ridiculous. Half of the people who got drafted in the last 4 years aren't even in the league anymore, and Lin is probably better than more than half who are remaining. To say he didnt even deserve to get drafted is just dumb

LIN has no.7 on his logo, Carmelo doesn't. As long as he is current player, HOU should at least inform him before doing that.
