Cuban didn't say McHale is a bad coach, but that doesn't mean he isn't and that Carlisle isn't vastly superior. It's a shame we're gonna waste another season of Dwight's prime before Morey and Les admit this to themselves.
Mark Cuban may be an a-hole but he is a smart a-hole. Mchale can't coach, we all know that he is just a figurehead we might as well just admit it.
This is already well known even here in clutchfans. Rockets really, really need a better coach. Mchale's been given the chance already. Morey should woke up already.
True. Sad really. In Texas, Spurs are champs, Rockets are rising and the Mavs are old...in 3rd place. It just KILLS the entitled Cuban. That said, Cuban is right. Carlistle is great and McHale is challenged.
I think everyone knows Mchale isnt a very good head coach. The Rockets need a great co head coach to go along with Mchale and cover up the faults. Morey's legacy depends on it. That being said Carlisle is a really good basketball coach, but i dont think he is as good as people hold him up to be.
Uh... Rudy got championships with a roster anchored by strong, take-no-nonsense veterans like Hakeem, Otis Thorpe, Mario Elie, and Vernon Maxwell... Mainly it was driven by the leadership of a determined, mature and mentally strong HOF player like Hakeem... Who was the best center in a center driven era with low post friendly rules... Dump it into Hakeem, let him do his thing, and surround him with shooters was a no brainer... Who's the second best SG in the league now...? Exactly... It's a more perimeter friendly league, but the stiff competition is at the point guard, small forward, and power forward positions.... If you think letting a young roster, led by a clearly immature shooting guard do their thing with a hands-off, incompetent coach is going to lead to championships the same way... you're out of your mind...
