Yeah. You should get an email from Ticketmaster saying you need to go accept them. You could check your Ticketmaster account directly to see if anything is showing up there. On mine it says they're waiting to be accepted.
Same here, i checked my email and i haven't received anything from Ticket Master? I logged online to see if the tickets were there and nothing.
Just spoke with Ticketmaster. They said the tickets are available to be accepted. He said they have to be accepted through your email after you receive the request. One problem is, it can't be done through your phone, just a laptop or desktop. Maybe that's why?
