My stepdad was born in Houston.

Then Yao Ming was drafted by the Rockets.

That's when they became relevant to me.

So I was a YOF.

However, I didn't realize this site existed back then.

When I had a free time in the summer of 2012, I found this site.

So I joined but now I'm categorize as a LOF due to my join date.

But no, I won't leave this forum just because Lin got traded.

He is a nice guy and I enjoyed his tenure here.

I did stop watching Rockets games when Yao retired. It just happened, I didn't plan on it or was trying to make a statement. When Yao left, Rockets just wasn't emotionally relevant anymore. I am pretty sure I will not follow Rockets if Lin doesn't return.

I don't think any sane Lin fans mind that. He can learn under Tony Parker, and that's what matters.
