Actually im interested in seeing both and for the same reasons. Kelly Clarkson is HOT Avril Lavigne, even though I think I am one of the very few, is HOT nuff said
I would like to watch Sk8er Boi, but I would write it instead of having MTV write it. Ya know instead of writing it, I would right it. Get it? HEHEHEHE Laugh everybody.
OK first of all I'd like to say that the very thought of a feature film based on a song written by that annoying pseudo-punk I'm-18-and-know-everything Avril Lavigne makes me want to poke my eyes out with a red hot poker, cover my head in sackcloth, and spend the rest of my days wailing and mourning the loss of all that is good and decent in the world. The thought of keeping the title "Sk8er Boi" for a major motion picture has also convinced me that MTV execs have had their brains removed and replaced with tapioca pudding. Now, I've read the release a couple of times and does it EVER say Avril is actually going to be in the movie? I'm pretty sure she'll make a cameo at the very least, but the "Dude, Avril's hot" crew might want to make sure she'll be on screen longer than it takes to blink an eye before you get all hot and bothered. She oughta just go back to doing horrible covers of Metallica songs, anyway.
i refuse to believe the first one is actually true and is occurring in the real world. i will instead choose to believe i have been momentarily transported to an alternate universe where the laws of physics actually allow such crap to happen and that i will be placed back in my world any second now. even many years of watching mst3k doesn't allow me to believe such a movie could be made. the 2nd one, while horrible, i for some reason can actually believe was thought of and will be carried out.
Anyone see Kelly at the American Idol Finale? She definitely has gotten heavier. I thought it was just me but her weight was joked about on 104 and she was asked about it on Entertainment Tonight.
WTF is going on? I had thought that we were heading for better times. The boy bands were doing solo albums, setting themselves up for breakups, the pop tarts sales were going down, and good music was coming out from new and talented artists all over the place. Then came American Idol and ruined it all over again. Avril Lavigne isn't even real, all her crap is written by some producers who call themselves the Matrix if I'm not mistaken. Now they get movies? Arrrrrgggggghhhh, I'm gonna go postal, or I'm gonna buy the game postal 2 and go postal virtually.
Yeah, they're both hot (especially Kelly IMO) but not hot enough to pay $7.00 to sit through a 2 hour movie. Plus Justin just disgusts me to no end.
I would totally see Sk8er Boi, but only if ... 1) Avril the musician stars in the movie & 2) Amy Poehler plays the role of Avril instead. "I'm Avril! I'm punk! Bleh!" Oh, BTW, for those American Idol fans here, a Ruben Studdard-Clay Aiken buddy movie HAS been kicked around...
