Proud of him. He also got some tough, difficult rebounds in overtime

Dwight has been HUGE. So happy for him. Can't ask for much more out of him this series

Dwight was very good this game.

Besides the free throws, I liked how he was aggressively crashing the boards.

Based on what we have seen so far, If we go on to lose those series, I do not think we can blame Dwight for it.

Dwight's been great; time to stop calling him overrated or a one trick pony

Dwight was great this game. Very happy that he hit his free throws.
His stats don't show it but he played a flawless playoff game in my eyes. When we went to his post up on the out of bounds play, and he scored, I was completely impressed. He hadn't posted up for a while, still contributing to offense with screens, garbage man offensive rebounds and tip-ins and he still scored without missing a beat. Dwight is playing playoff basketball at a very high level and trying to lead by example. We're lucky to have him.

Dwight is the only player who's consistently shown up game to game. He may be maturing right before us.

dude has been huge this series. It was unfortunate, he missed those straight ft's during hack a howard in the 1st game, but he definitely made it up tonight.

Dwight has been nothing short of phenomenal this series. The lone bright spot where the rest of the team has generally played worse than usual.

    Agreed

    Free throws, defence etc.

Think the difference this game was that we finally decided to DOUBLE ALDRIDGE! If you have a 7 foot hulk running at you while squaring up and another 7 foot beast in front of your face, its difficult to make shots.

The timing of his doubling was perfect too - if he were to come over too early in the clock, then we would leave the lane open for a cutter.

However, our team need someone to COVER his back after he doubles. BOX OUT and get rebounds for crying out loud. Robin Lopez killed us tonight. If Patrick Beverley is fighting in there for boards, we all have to crash them. And that includes Parsons and Harden.

Definitely can't blame Dwight. He has showed up every single playoff game so far.

Dwight also is keeping his mouth shut, no drama surrounding him like it should be if you are the number 1 center in the game

Overall, Howard has played very well in the series. Hitting FTs in game one would have been nice, but generally he lived up to his billing.

Dwights average 28/14, absolute beast, if it weren't for Harden's presence we'd definitely be up 3-0

Dwight has been worth the max.

Harden will come back to the norm and the Blazers will as well.

Lillard, Aldridge, Batum and Lopez have been playing over there heads lately.

The Blazers take too many contested jumpers. It will bite them in the ass sooner or later.

i felt when the arena is quiet like at home during his FTs, he gets nervous, but when it is all noisy, he actually feels comfortable.

Yeah, had he made just 2 more of those FT's we would be up 2-1, but he has played his ass off the last 2 games in a myriad of ways. Actually, I think he has had a hell of a season based on what he went through in LA and especially the media saying he was done. Way to go Dwight !!

Dwight is actually the only one in this team to have major playoff experience, other than Asik and Josh Powell (LOL). Glad he is leading this team by example. Great guy, glad to have him playing for us!

Serious Question: Why don't the rockets have the crowd make noise and play music in the arena when Dwight is shooting FT's at home. He has said that he shoots better on the road because the silence at home makes him over think things, and the stats supports this.

I was watching a Clippers game where the announcer actually told the crowd to make noise during DeAndre Jordan's FTs, and they played music too. Seems like this should be something the Rockets do, no?
