We'll be ok. Tough to lose him, but I trust Morey with PG's. I think Isaiah will stumble a little out of the gate, but he'll be a good enough backup. I give Lin a hard time, but he doesn't need to play great for us to win. PG's like CP3 are going to do their thing regardless.

What will hurt is when Asik rests. Unless Jones and D-Mo can play bigger while Dwight is out.

Hope he comes back for the playoffs.

Lin is a mental midget and will run away at the face of adversity and playoffs are all about adversity.

If Lin can put up 10 points and 4 assists, it will be a giant improvement from the large egg he laid last time even before his injury

Just wanted to point out that you're really insecure about LOFs aren't you?

Anyways, I am praying for PBev to recover well/soon!

You have such a negative online personality.
Hope this doesnt leak into real life.
    What's the chances of that?

I get the impression that you derive more joy from Lin
doing badly than the team doing well.

You do realise that if Lin plays well, then by implication, the
    team would do well too?

And the reverse is most likely true as well.

Therefore, your ill will is bad for the team.

    True fan, aye?

Technically no it's not making things up.

The percentage on all 3s taken this season in the NBA is 36.0%. So the difference between 36% and 34% IS the difference between average and below average.

But torocan pretty much summed up how little the difference really means when comparing Lin and Bev.

I hope Lin does well but I'm not delusional enough to say that the team is better off without Bev starting and that Bev will not be missed. I also don't have high expectations for Lin going by his past history when the going gets tough.

And yes if Lin plays well, the team would do well but that is applicable to almost every player who gets minutes.

At the end of the day, you can hope all you want but Lin has to produce on the court come squeaky bum time.

Well, if pat is out for the year like the initial diagnosis said then I don't think he should come back for next year's finals. He sit out like D.Rose and make a full recovery and return for the 2015/16 season if the rockets can negotiate a new contract.

Ugh. How is this a Lin thread again?

Bev, if you're reading this, get well soon. You're a tough kid, but don't come back until you're 100%, both for the team and for your career longevity's sake.

You think Beverley isn't going to play a single game next season because of a torn meniscus?

Beverly Says he will play again this season

    Jonathan Feigen ‏@Jonathan_Feigen

Beverley said he "for sure" will return to play this season. "I don't feel a lot of pain, no swelling, which is a good thing."
