Blow out game like this, 40 minutes for Parsons? Crazy.

 

Dude! He's trying to maximize his playing time. Don't hate on that. Shorter possessions means more possessions!

 

Could be a practice game for HS... This is much better than 5 on 5 scrimmage.

 

This is basically an exhibition game at this point. I don't think they're worried about milking the clock against the 76ers, not with so much time left in the quarter.

It's arguable that our 3rd string is a better team than their starting unit.

 

they're trying to score..who wouldn't want to push it when the momentum is going your way?

That might have been Chandler's decision (contract year coming up), but still McHale should be limiting him. Then again, I'm sure the relationship is more complex and not so cut and clear.

 

I think they're using this time to get some chemistry built in with the bench unit. You can see it now that they're having trouble with outlet passes during the rebound to initiate the transition. It's almost painfully clumsy when they literally have to look around to see who they should hand it off to.

 

Yeah I don't get McHale sometimes.

 

The bench cannot be trusted to hold a lead...

 

There are 5 minutes left. No need to slow down.

 

When we stop playing our game, we tend to take bad shots then we lose leads.

 

parsons 39 minutes, are the rockets trying to ruin Parsons...smh
