Is not the best color commentator, but is 1,000,000,000x better than Reggie Miller. I'm used to him commentating the college games but the first I seen him covering a nationally televised pro game. I think I like Chris Webber commentating the most of the 3 but anyone, but Reggie, anyone but Reggie.
What is with the hate for Jon Barry? To me he's totally meh, while Reggie Miller you just want to reach through the screen and punch in the face repeatedly (true, he is almost as bad as Clyde).
Miller sucks, but Barry is in a league of his own. He seems like he's PO'd all the time when he's doing color commentary and he really seems to despise the Rockets for some reason. I like Anthony, especially his in-studio stuff. If you'll recall, he was brought in a long time ago by I think ESPN to replace Tim Hardaway when the execs realized they'd hired a former player who couldn't string two sentences together.
I couldn't hate Webber more. He seems to hate the rockets ... and even when they beat the Heat he could hardly say one good thing about them. Don't like Miller either ... For that matter I really don't like Sean Elliot either.
man you guys hear what you want to hear huh. webber is one of the better color guys, is buddies with kevin mchale from their time together commentating summer league and is a donatas fanboy. dont recall him being anything but fair or even biased towards the rockets.
Reggie is bad, so is his sister. Greg is fine, but he is getting better since he keeps saying good things for the rockets.
Almost anyone is better than Reggie Miller. Webber is slightly better but still not great. Steve Kerr is solid and so is Greg Anthongy.
