This is Morey's all time team for those interested: Chris Paul Michael Jordan LeBron James Tim Duncan Hakeem Olajuwon
Dream Duncan James Jordan Payton Impossible to stop offensively and defensively. As a matter of fact, you can probably interchange Dram and Duncan between the two positions depending on situations.
Steve Nash Ray Allen Lebron James Larry Bird Hakeem Olajuwon not the best at each position, but i think this team would be the best chemistry and talent combination. surrounding hakeem and lebron with unselfish shooters would be unstoppable
jordan, magic, russell and kareem are pretty unanimous as the top 4 players of all time, let alone at their position. magic has 5 championships with 3 MVPs. kareem with 6 championships and 6 MVPs. jordan with 6 championships and 5 MVPs and russell with 11 championships and 5 MVPs. if you don't think russell could do that in the 'modern era' then you can sub him with duncan who has 4 rings and 2 MVPs. at the 3, its a tossup between lebron (2 championships and 4 MVPs) and bird (3 championships and 3 MVPs). i really loved bird and hate lebron, but lebron's career has caught up to bird's. i'm honestly stumped as to who i'd pick. lebron's athleticism is a huge edge, as is bird's mental toughness and will to win. both are great passers, rebounders, and shooters. if i had to pick right now i think the deciding factor is that lebron would do a good job guarding bird, but bird wouldn't have the speed to keep up with lebron. so here's my lineup: kareem russell lebron jordan magic my second unit would be: wilt (2 rings/4 MVPs), duncan (4 rings/2 MVPs), bird (3 rings/3 MVPs), kobe (5 rings/1 MVP), robertson (2rings/1 MVP... oh and he averaged a triple double, no big deal).
C Hakeem PF Garnett SF Lebron SG MJ PG Anfernee Hardaway dont sleep on penny's prime! made it to the finals with Shaq
Shaq at 5 Hakeem at 4 Bird at 3 Jordan at 2 Magic at 1 Length at every position. No one scores in the post and still have wing defenders. Scoring would NEVER be an issue.
