All you hating ass fans go back to the Texans forum. Harden's a young guy n he's gonna have to learn to grow up. We got him for 4 years he's gonna mature.

I'll even go as far as to add Rudy T to that list. Player + coaching contribution.

    1× NBA MVP (1994)
    2× Defensive Player of Year (1993, '94)
    6× All-NBA First Team (1987, '88, '89, '93, '94, '97)
    3× All-NBA Second Team ('86, '90, '96)
    3× All-NBA Third Team (1991, '95, '99)
    5× All-Defensive First Team ('87, '88, '90, '93, '94)
    4× All-Defensive Second Team ('85, '91, '96, '97)
    12× All-Star
    Olympic gold medalist (1996)

I don't think he can top DREAM!!! It would require him going through a spiritual awakening similar to DREAM before he can take that next leap and play hard on both ends of the floor!!

    I pity your wife

You're probably still mad about that VHS of Disney on Ice that she accidentally taped over with an episode of ally mcbeal

I notice through the years that people hate the truth.

The Rockets era with Tracy McGrady as starter in the playoffs
    0 playoff series victories

Sure, compare Harden who is in his second season with the Rockets to McGrady.

But leave Dream out of this . Don't ever mention McGrady with Dream or Jordan or even Kobe.

    Don't. do . it.

It's hard to predict the trajectory of Harden's career given that he's only 23 (24?), in his second year of being the Man but I don't think he'll sniff the Rocket's top five.

He's talented for sure, far more so than we've seen so far this season. He'll snap out of this.

Fate never gave the Yao/McGrady squad's a chance. Injuries robbed us (and McGrady) of a Finals appearance. Hate how McGrady left all you want but when the dude was on the court, he gave some moments.

    Sorry but the TRUTH is:

    Tmac > Harden

Yao > Dream (couldn't lead toronto out of the 1st round)

    JLin > Vernon Maxwell

    jcmoon > tinman

So the overall order of Rockets greats is
    Tmac > Jlin > Yao > Dream > Harden > Mad Max > tinman

He did us some moments. But he doesn't deserve to be mentioned with Dream. How many seasons did mcgrady actually play for us?
    Now compare that with dream.

I'm just saying compare apples to apples not apples to lemons

This is ridiculous. He is not even close to the worst contract this year, much less NBA history

He is making less than half of what Kobe makes
He is making 8 million less than Amar'e, Joe Johnson and Carmelo
He is making 4 million less than Rudy Gay
He is making less than Carlos Boozer, Paul Pierce, Eric Gordon, Emeka Okafor and David Lee.

Sure, some people could argue that some of those players might be more valuable than Harden. I don't think any of them are. But to say that Harden has one of the worst contracts is NBA history is absolutely laughable.
