Swat teams showed up, but <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>NHPD Lieutenant Jeff Hoffman confirms no shootings, no injuries.</p>— Yale Daily News (@yaledailynews) <a href="https://twitter.com/yaledailynews/statuses/405012864445853696">November 25, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Why is it always a "gunman"? Maybe its just a guy carrying a gun -- no bad intentions? Maybe it was an off duty police officer? Not every person that's strapped is about to go on a rampage!
Isn't carrying a gun on campus illegal? Dude shouldn't've brought a gun. The fact that one is breaking the law is worth concern.
Got a lot of friends who have been posting pictures/updates. Seems like they're searching room to room. Apparantly a guy from another university called the police to tell them that his roommate planned to go there and shoot students.
