if harden really is not playing, i hope mchale be smart enough not to let lin to guard 6'7 martin, instead he should let lin guard ricky and brewer guard martin.
hopfully this happens, otherwise there is a high chance we might lose.

Martin strength is he uses a lot of downside picks or top picks to get open. So lin needs to play him solid off the ball. You lose Martin off the ball it's all she wrote. Once he gets the shot, he nails it.

 

get ready for Lin going under the screen while Martin drains an easy 3 multiple times tonight

 

It'd be interesting if McHale could start a Howard-Jones-Parsons-Garcia-Lin lineup if Harden is out. Though I'm guessing he's gonna go with Lin and Beverley backcourt, which is probably just the same as Harden playing no defence anyway since there's really nothing you can do if you're 6'3" and the person you are guarding is like 6'7" and just keeps shooting over you. :X Just hope Kevin Martin has an off day shooting.

 

This martin lin matchup could get ugly. Lin tries but...i think he's in over his head.

 

This would probably be the best line-up. Rubio isn't really a penetrating guard and can't shoot 3s either so Beverley is not as needed.

 

this is all wrong man. lin should guard rubio and bev should guard their backup PG who is small and quick

Logically you should put Garcia and Brewer on Martin but we all know McHale.
