He's getting comfortable with his game. You can see his confidence boost. He cheers less :( His emotion didn't show until he made that clutch drive lol

In other words someone else got the assist or scored, so excised from the video highlight to keep it purely about Lin.

Not hating, because I'll get my Rockets highlights in any way I can. But still pretty funny to me.

tbh, sometimes you want the best of a player you like, you would want to say good things about him, appreciate what he has done to help the team. But actually, it's totally the opposite.

Haters gonna hate, BUT, till there's a turning point that those people who disliked him originally in China, thinking he's just ordinary below average point guard. They started to appreciate when everybody is against him and he still performs. No matter how his team, his coach, his teammates said, yelled, ignored, or even his own team fans' hate. He kept his faith and performed. Not for big contract, not for appeasing the hate, but he just loves to win and dedicated that to his belief.

Ok, please hate. He is freaking mediocre, can't even do a starters job, turnover prone, having so many fans undeservedly, poor shooting, poor ball handling, can't defend, undrafted, is a freaking liability. All these hate he absorbed and turned into motivation and positive result. Yeah, thats what a successful person do. And those ordinary just can dream and try to pull him back to stay with them. Ironic but true.

It's really hard to unite hundreds of thousands of Chinese fans in one single day. They always attacked each other's idol and other fans. But right after that lakers match, you did it, Jeremy! Without the "bad guy", you can't support the good guy, i guess. :p

Lin fans always trying to operate with a Lin vs the World mentality. There is literally no way this incoherent rambling could come from a healthy person.

whatever you said is right, because people think they are right, ALWAYS.
i don't understand why people trying so hard to argue with people. They will never succeed! Get over it.:p

yeah, unhealthy as it is. ;)
anyway, life's damn short, people just get busy living or busy dying. And most of them are just trying so hard to prove he is right even sacrificing the apparently good things. Just saying...

I suggest that you watch the Rockets/Raptors game at the :34 second mark in the 3rd quarter. Lin clearly had an assist, but it shows that he had zero assists. Could you please fix this?

    Dear xxxx,

Thank you for writing the National Basketball Association to identify a potential box score error. The NBA takes the integrity of game statistics very seriously, and we have forwarded your email to our Basketball Operations Department for review. Should a statistical inputting error be identified, it will be addressed in the appropriate manner.

We appreciate that you took the time to share your concerns. Please know that we will be mindful of your comments as we work to improve our league and enhance the fan experience.

Thank you for your interest in the NBA.

    Sincerely,

It was credited to Cassipi. I hope they didn't take it away from him :)

Seriously though, aren't the league supposed to do their own due diligence and verify that stats are correct?

those assists stats by my understanding made form the home team scorers bench.
Its crazy when you look at which teams have the biggest differential in assists when they are on the road or when at home.

For example last year denvor averaged 13 extra assits when they played at home.

The idea of an assist can be interrupted way different, for example look at Joes's first assist

Their are heaps of these types of false assits going around *Cough (Rondo) Cough* so i wouldnt worry about many assist stats in the nba until later on in the year with a larger sample size

LOL. That's ridiculous. How's that an assist?! The rockets should fire that stats guy. He's extremely reluctant to credit assists to rox players.

Its a league wide problem that is basically impossible to get perfect, because its up to interruption.

for example The heat had the worst margin (or got screwed the most by their stats crew the most) giving up on average 8.7 more assists to the visiting team, which could be holding LBJ back from a triple double.

so the swing from most screwed to most favoured is over 21 assists per game which is HUGE
