I agree. Right now he is more of a liability as he can barely move out there.

 

......... McHale is not the right coach for this team just by listening to him in the post-game conference... I'm sorry but he has NO control over the locker room at ALL!

 

Improvement from Lakers game though ... we played well up to the point we got that 13-pt lead in the middle of the 3rd.

Then we couldn't get any scoring at all. Where's crazy confidence guys like toney douglas and marcus morris when you need them? It's not really the LAC defense; it's our inability to create and call plays.

Like I saw Harden trying to post up but we didn't go to it enough. Only Parsons was successful in driving in.

Lin has some effect, but isn't the main influence.

That's the facts. I was at the game.

 

Its hot because apparently players like Bev and Harden are taking opportunities away from Lin (or so some fans say) and these opportunities apparently could fixes what ails the Rockets. I personally feel like the offense will find its way similar to how the Heat did.

 

Still must be delivery pizza and missed the first half...better at what? Lin had all of his 7 assist (perhaps minus one) and points in the first half. The game was flowing when he showed up.....the Rockets, as a team, just suck balls in the second half, with out without Bev/Lin.

 

Did you watch the last game? He was fouled and fell hard onto the ground...

But I guess you won't bother because Lin is just a scrub and not supposed to get injured with his expensive contract :grin:

I was convinced we could win at least one game against LA teams. I was wrong. We are not as good as I thought.

Garcia has been useless the last 2 games

 

McHale mostly blamed it on team confidence, said they got down in the third quarter when the lead went away, hanging their heads. He said sometimes the shots don't fall: just play through it.

I think this is a product of being young. I also think this leads to hero ball by more than just Harden. (McHale also said the team is still getting to know each other.) Team is not that familiar with each other still, lack confidence in each other in the system, then they go for the home run (yes, Lin as well as Harden in particular).

Casspi and Garcia both were cold instead of hot. Makes a difference.

 

Mysteriously comes from the fact that for two straight years Lin is hurt when playoffs come.

 

don;t make injury excuses for Lin cuz he won't. Harden however...

 

don' blame lin, blame Mcfail's ill-timed substitutions.
