Response At best, Lin will shoot around 85% from FT. No way he shoots 90% from FT at this point in his career.
Response If the bigs are more motivated to set picks for Lin, Lin will be more effective. That was one of the reasons behind the Linsanity in NY; the then NY bench players and Chandler were pretty good about setting picks for Lin. Sometimes I think in Rockets, players are quicker to set picks for Harden, perhaps because he is the star player, but Lin could use quicker picks, so he can drive to score or set up Dwight or Asik for easy dunks. Good summary by the way.
monta ellis http://stats.nba.com/playerTracking.html Nice rankings too for Chandler, Dwight, and Cisco. Great thread, Crash5179!
GSW vs. ROX I have been saying that GSW had a deeper bench, but now, with the emergence of Casspi, the two teams should be a great match up! Can't wait for the fireworks!
Most definitely. Garcia definitely deserves a separate mention. He's been awesome to see. Like a better version of Delfino and I loved Delfino.
Why don't teams rush for the sidelines more when going for it on 3rd/4th down instead of hitting up the middle? It just seems like going up the middle gets stopped more often.
Yeah, I was wondering why people don't notice that more. He's been on guys like glue. Let's see what happens against Chris Paul and Lillard...
Where did you find the stats? Interesting. It made sense that Dallas was supposedly trying to contain Lin with all might. It explains his higher TO numbers. It confirms what G. Karl said in post game last reason that when JLin gets going his team is gonna win a lot of games.
