i had cavs -3.5 (won) spurs -5 (won) and blazers win (WTF HAPPENED) i avoided opening night because theirs always an upset but come on portland
1-2 yesterday. Ugh. Going to go with a Teaser today (shoutout to EddieWinslow) which includes one bball pick. Might make a straight bet later today. GSW + 15.5 UofH -5.5 Cin Bengals +10 ASU Wildcats +1 bet 130 to win 100
do not be alarm, i got my ass handed to me last night with the heat on a teaser.....the heat were up 8 to start the 4th after being down 19-0 to start the game but spoelstra is a piece of trash coach and acts like we're nearly in the playoffs and benches D Wade, plays lebron 30 minutes and plays bosh 26 minutes WTf?!?!?! these guys had 3 months off and theyre getting playoff rest 1 game into the season!!!!
Eddie, that is going to become the norm for teams with older stars. So from now on, be careful with those teams on back to back games.
i learned my lesson russ.....and i get the whole resting on back to backs....but really, second game of the season? These guys just had months off, its ridiculous. Im done betting NBA regular season, its just not worth it, teams dont really take off in college or NFL
taking the over tonight on the GS vs LAC game at 204. Two fast pace teams....i figure if one team gets 110.....think other team should be good enough to get 95. leggooooooooooooooooooooo
yeah i was keeping tabs on the game and thinking about your bet. I hate it when you write off a bet early then your team comes back and then gives it away at the end. Worse type of loss IMO.
NBA season isn't 10 or 15 games like football. The regular season is a marathon and not a sprint. Players and coaches realize this and so should the betting public. Guys and teams take nights off both literally and figuratively. Matchups, rotations, injuries, and player status are all things you should factor in when capping games. For example, teams have a tendency to step-up for a certain number of games when a key player goes down.
2-1 YTD. Time for more Larry Lightning!!!! Wish me luck. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/u42vHl9K_mw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I've been 0-3 so far. Took CHI -6.5 against NYK for some reason, I guess I forced it too much. At the same time I'm betting free money on one of free tipster sites just to see how am I doing. When I bet for free, I almost always win (8/10), while with real money I'm 0/3. I don't know why... anyway, these are my picks on that free site (they have more probability of hitting than my "real" picks anway, heh...): CLE Cavaliers @ CHA Bobcats CLE Cavaliers -2.5 MIL Bucks @ BOS Celtics MIL Bucks +2.0 DET Pistons @ MEM Grizzlies DET Pistons +8.0 POR Trail Blazers @ DEN Nuggets DEN Nuggets -5.0 UTA Jazz @ PHX Suns UTA Jazz +3.0
What website yall using for your bets? I have friends using Bovada and justbet.cx, do you guys have any recommendations?
btw, bookeis don't have DAL-HOU odds yet...is it because they are waiting on Bev and Harden injury update? HOU should win by at least 8-9 IMO. Calderon and Ellis can't guard a chair so Lin and whoever is at SG will have their way with them, and Howard&Asik will get all the rebounds.
To add to this, who has the lowest deposit fees? Bovada wants to tax me 4.9% on whatever I deposit to my account.
