I would imagine it would make sense to schedule a MRI for your franchise player for a knee injury, no matter how minor??! .... .....just for reassurance...its not like MRI has any drawbacks.

But he is also not a doctor, a medical personal, or someone who has invested millions on a franchise player. You can have a partially torn meniscus in the knee due to trauma and not feel any pain. A precautionary MRI is really not a big deal especially considering how he went down in pain. Now, if he comes out and admits he flopped, then I will be at ease.

Why are you of the opinion that not having an MRI is Harden's decision? Do you really think the Rockets doctor would really not schedule one if they believed one was needed?
