So 42k later, he still gets fined.

That means, after he paid the 42k for the fine, he was fined again.

Unless Pollard doesnt know English, they fined the poor guy twice. :)

How is a forearm to the helmet a clean hit?

No it wasn't. Intentionally blowing up a guy's head is not clean.

You can't be serious. Now Pollard is a physics deifying human?

Pollard didnt even cause the concussion. The Reliant turf did.

Stupidest thing i've heard in a while.

If someone who weighs around 230 lb of muscle uses their shoulder to hit your head, with a running start odds are you will get a concussion.

Plus McCourty momentum showed me that Johnson would have been pushed out of bounds regardless of Pollard jumping on Johnson's head, it was dirty and unnecessary now he's paying for it .

I guess the guy who hit Hopkins and caused his concussion should of got fined too? His head hit the ground too.

Tired of all these homer ass folks. Even the Pros who love the Texans think this is bull****

The concussion happened when his head snapped back and hit the turf.

    He also launched.

you can't hit the head when you're launching, just like you can't close line shiver around the neck, just like you can't use the hair to bring them down. At one point in nfl history you could, but now you can't. I don't understand the confusion. Even if the hit itself didn't cause the concussion, the arm made contact with andre's helmet. No homerism, blame andre's lack of neck if you want to get all technical. =)

Pollard didnt cause the concussion...but Pollard's hit is still the reason he got fined. He launched himself at Andre's head. That's going to get you a fine every single time.

The concussion itself happened when Andre hit the turf.

I'd rather trust the refs and NFL rather than these so called "Pros who love the Texans".

Pollard got fined for a reason, regardless of how Johnson got the concussion Pollard hit Johnson in the head with his shoulder and the refs saw it.

I didn't wish for anything:), I'm just saying the NFL hires people to make the hard decisions and that fans perspectives aren't trustworthy enough even though there are some very intelligent fans.

Yep. Just like the NFL admitting that bad call that cost the Packers a win last year to Seattle due to replacement refs...oh wait.
