Who cares, no one makes you click on and read the threads you deem unworthy. Sometimes I know to avoid a thread just by the title and thread rating.

You are assuming your thread is worth reading in the first place. If Clutch thought that GARM needed more policing, he could have posted something like it himself. If you think that Clutchfans or GARM needs to be improved in some fashion, this is what the Feedback forum is for. I am not sure who died and made you a moderator. Until this happens, random ideas about how Clutchfans should be run should be posted in the Feedback forum and Clutch can decide whether it is worth implementing.

Maybe you should put all of your posts there if you really want to improve the GARM. The GARM would be improved with the subtraction of posts by jtr. You know, addition by subtraction, less is more, etc. Just my opinon.
And freedom of speech obviously serves you well. But realistically who are you? Do you have the acumen to understand that many of us despise having to wade through a dozen "If player X leaves would you still be a fan?" threads? That many of us want to process relatively clean information to further our understanding of Rockets basketball? That rookies create threads based on a spur of the moment question that pops into their brains? That I and many others value their time and are fans of the Rockets and really don't like the absolutely valueless threads created on the Garm? Or not.
Threads aren't exactly moving at a break-neck pace here. It's not like important threads fall off the first page quickly because of too many garbage threads. That is a problem that some forums may have... but not this one. There are many garbage threads right now because there is nothing to talk about. The garbage threads will decline once things start heating up again. Just relax.
