For kicking a sleeping homeless person? No, not one drop of tolerance/sympathy. You don't get much lower than assaulting homeless people.

    then it's useless to talk.
I don't think he was in control of himself and as reported he did not really stomp him... was probably a light kick.
Assaulting is a strong word because he wasn't hunting them down.
With that being said, it's a minor thug move.

I just have to second this. Someone who is really malicious on purpose wouldn't be with his mom and crying. Just saying i feel like it has all been blown out of proportion

Why aren't any of the Clutchfans judge and jury commenting on statements like this?

For all we know, he may have been trying to step over him.

He should pay for the homeless dude to live in some kind of extended stay/furnished apartment for a year. Couldn't be much more than $1k/month and it will make this all go away... maybe even become a feel good story.

GTFO. Jones has already been declared irredeemably awful by multiple CF keyboard warriors. Kicking a homeless person is "as bad as it gets," apparently on the same level as murder and rape. And before you say, "Wait. He's not even being charged with assault! Just harassment" remember this fact: shuddup, you lover of kicking the homeless.

I am not trying to say this is what happened in Tjones' case, but having lived in NYC there have been lots of homeless people just camping out on my stoop or entrance to my buildings. sometimes these steps are really narrow so you ask them to please excuse you or if they can slide over a bit and some of them are complete A-holes and say no I am not moving. I am not trying to defend Tjones' actions but you also have to consider the behavior and intentions of the homeless man.
